The Dining
The Club at the Strand has three dining venues that cater to the mood and flavors of your day. Join us at the Island Bar for a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere. or head over to Tavern 59. It's a perfect space to unwind after your golf game or tennis match, where you can relax with friends, family, and guests indoors or outdoors in the Botanical Gardens. Or enjoy a meal surrounded by family and friends in the Grille Room.
Each venue offers a different menu and Chef's Special of the week!
The Pool
The Club at the Strand's Junior Olympic Swimming Pool sits next to our Tennis Center and Fitness Complex. It is available to all our members and is heated for those who enjoy an early morning swim. There are tables and chairs around the pool deck (with umbrellas for those who prefer to stay out of the direct sun and luxuriate in the shade). There are also lounge chairs for the sun worshipers to indulge.
The pool is open from dawn to dusk daily, so don't let the days slip away without taking a dip in our sparkling, turquoise pool.
The Spa
At The Spa, you can indulge in massage & facial treatments for both ladies and gentlemen. The treatments offered in our Spa deliver the most optimal results, benefiting your skin's personal needs. To add an element of stylish elegance for work or play, let our Spa professionals pamper you with one of our body treatments designed to release the stresses of daily living and to renew your sense of vitality. The Fitness Center
The Fitness Center at The Club at the Strand offers a variety of free weights, strength training machines, and cardio equipment. Our in-house Personal Trainers and Class Instructors will bring you safe, unique, and fun workouts. Whether you are looking to maintain, rehabilitate, lose weight, or tone up, our highly trained staff has the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals. Under the supervision of our Director of Fitness, The Strand always strives to maintain a safe environment. We look forward to bringing you a truly professional fitness and wellness experience. Tennis Courts
The Strand features 8 HydroGrid Har-Tru courts, with 4 lighted for evening play. Our programs include men’s and ladies’ social play, travel teams competing in CTA, BTA, and CCWTA leagues, and monthly mixers from October through April. Players can also take advantage of tennis boot camps, clinics, private lessons with our pros, and exciting tennis exhibitions and pro tournaments.

Bocce Ball Courts
With your drink in one hand, this is one of our members' favorite social games! In our Bocce Ball leagues, you can be completely social or as competitive as you want. Our three professional Bocce Ball courts sit under cafe lights and provide a place for you and your friends to relax and laugh… maybe with a cocktail in hand!
